| Tim Makes Brief Appearance on the One Show |

| Jay Raynor, who presents the 'Foodie Friday' section on BBC One's One Show on a Friday, spent several hours with Tim on Monday 21st November tasting the delights of Port and Stilton, whether it was a Stilton that had been ported (Stilton cheese steeped in port) or a glass of port with Stilton. The outcome was show on Friday 25th November, and Tim was there (although very briefly). |

| World Champion Cheese 2011 |

Tim Brown of the Melton Cheeseboard has been asked to judge again at this years awards, and will be part of a team of over 100 judges who will decide which cheeses are good enough to be awarded Gold and eventual winners of the 18 sponsored trophies and World Champion Cheese 2011.

| Come and visit our stall at the Victorian Christmas Market held in Melton Mowbray Town Centre on Sunday 6th December 2011 10.00am until 4.00pm. All the stall holders dress in Victorian costume and there is also be street entertainment - start Christmas here! We recently joined forces with the Fairtrade Team in Melton to host a Cheese and Wine Evening held at the Browning Suzuki Garage in Melton Mowbray on Wednesday 10th November 2010. The evening was a great success. Many thanks to all that attended. |

We are now stocking 1 lb Award Winning Melton Mowbray Pork Pies made by Leeson's Family Butchers, of Oakham. Steve Leeson won the best hand-raised pork pie category, along with two sausage categories, at the recent Melton Fatstock Show, held at Melton Mowbray Market in December 2009, which featured the cream of local food producers.
