Despatch

On receipt of your order, your cheese will be cut and wrapped in waxed paper to ensure freshness, and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. We despatch Monday through Thursday, via courier 24-hour next day delivery service. Please ensure that there are at least 2 working days between ordering your cheese and the date you wish your cheese to be despatched. Cost of delivery is £10.00 up to 10kg in weight, per delivery address, for delivery within England and Wales, excluding Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Terms for deliveries to Scotland are the same, excluding Highlands and offshore islands. Please contact us for carriage rates to these areas. Delivery to these areas may take up to three working days. We are unable to deliver outside of mainland Britain due to high transportation costs.

Payment for your order is processed through PayPal.

For a cheese delivery on a Saturday there is a surcharge of £20.00 per delivery address.

Deliveries can be made to your place of work.

Please ensure that whoever takes delivery of your cheese parcel remembers to refrigerate the pack immediately on receipt.

Terms & conditions

Products will be invoiced at the prices prevailing on the day of despatch. All weights are approximate, this is because your cheese will be cut from larger pieces and this process can not be an exact science. Some cheeses are seasonal in their production and we may have to alter prices or offer a substitute. We will contact you in this event with an alternative suggestion to ensure your satisfaction.

If you have any concerns about the condition of your products on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can remedy the situation.

Please ensure that we have the correct postcode for the despatch address, if this information is incorrect or missing it will delay the delivery of the service for which we cannot be held responsible.

Please place your order for delivery in good time if the cheeses are required for a particular date or function.

We are happy to supply larger quantities of cheese for functions, parties, weddings and wine tastings etc. Please call for advice and details. Our range of cheeses makes excellent private and corporate gifts. We can tailor cheese selections to your own specifications.
